The hotel is located in a central location and is easily accessible. the clean and comfortable rooms are well equipped and have a calm ambiance. Valentina, the receptionist, is highly appreciated for her kindness and great service. the hotel has a modern feel to it, and its facilities and breakfast exceed expectations.
The hot water in the shower was an issue and could not be fixed, which made the experience unpleasant for some guests.

The hotel is in a great location and the receptionist was kind. The room was very clean and quiet, which allowed me to have a peaceful night. Additionally, the bed and cover were incredibly comfortable.
I experienced a lack of hot water during my stay. Despite trying to have it fixed, the issue persisted and made it quite difficult for me to comfortably shower during my stay. Because of this issue and the inconvenience it caused me during my business trip, I had to cut my stay short.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience in a hotel located in the heart of the city. Two things that I really enjoyed were the lovely dining and the relaxing spa. the hotel was situated in a key location which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the positive aspects of this hotel made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.
There were a few negative aspects that affected my experience. Unfortunately, the shower had no hot water and despite several attempts to fix the issue, the water remained ice cold.
